Adopt a Reteti Orphan

By adopting an orphaned elephant or giraffe, you will be supporting us in the rehabilitation and release of these wild animals.

Adopt Zawadi

Our bravely curious giraffe orphan.

We are walking tall here at Reteti and excited to welcome Zawadi, an endangered reticulated giraffe, to our adoption program.

For a monthly donation, you will become a foster parent to Zawadi – supporting the keepers in caring for her while she’s on her journey back to the wild.

Zawadi will be available to adopt from 19 June – ahead of World Giraffe Day.

Adopt an Elephant

Adopt the Release Herd

After years of careful rehabilitation at Reteti, 13 elephants (Kapai, Lorian, Motumi, Hamsini, Sesia, Meibae, Olpejeta, Kikwar, Kelele, Sere, Lemorijo, and Alibosa aka Sarara) were rewilded in Namunyak Community Conservancy – a historic moment not only for the elephants, but for everyone who has supported their journey.

You will soon be able to adopt the entire Release Herd and contribute to the much-needed support, monitoring, and care required to safeguard the Release Herd in this next chapter of their lives in the wild.

The Release Herd will be available to adopt to celebrate their 1 year anniversary in the wild.

We are a community-driven movement that is growing new economies, transforming lives, and conserving natural resources.

We would not be able to do any of our work without your support. Ashe oleng (thank you)!
